Children and youth from the 1st to 12th graders either living or schooling in Kobe city.

3) Names of all accompanying adults (only if applicable)

※ Registration is accepted one-time per person for a group of up to 4 people (accompanying adults excluded). Any person who is the 9th grader or lower must be accompanied by an adult. Free ticket for one accompanying adult. From second accompanying adults, a ticket is offered at a special price of 2,000 yen.
※ Please provide names of all accompanying adults in 3) above.
※ A lottery will be held if more applications are received than place available.
※ An exchange ticket will be mailed to winners around February 5. Please bring the exchange ticket on the day of performance. Seat cannot be selected.
